All design work and construction management is done 'in house' by the expatriate manager. You deal with only one person who oversees the entire project from start to finish. Which means any changes can be made quickly and easily.

For people who might require a larger house than our standard designs, we can design and build one especially for you. At Tamarind Valley we tailor the right package to suit  your budget and space requirements, then work with you to make sure the final result is exactly as you envisaged.

Management Services
Full Management Services are offered with your new home. Gardening, maid service, airport pick up, letting out your house if you are away. Whatever you need, we can arrange it for you.

Legal:

• The land has Chanote title (Freehold) and may be either transferred to the new owner or leased for 30++years
